You see it every day, whether, on the news or social media, constant bickering, verbal riots over gender, race, ethnicity, politics and the list goes on and on for hours if not days.

There’s an old church saying that goes if ever there was a time we needed God, we sho do need him now.

So, I happened to be on my Pinterest page the other day, and a few suggested notifications popped up for me. What happened next totally freaked me out.

I was redirected to a list of grateful quotes and sayings. Ironic because I was talking with some friends from church on kids, family, and gratitude, and we all know how that goes with these iPhones that listen in on everything. LOL

Anyways, I clicked the Pinterest post, which lead me to a 30-day gratitude list full of thought-provoking and reflecting questions I’m sure we could all use.

The list then took me to an article on a website called Text my Journal which is a customizable daily journal, a prompt via text messages. Sounds up your alley? Check them out here.

With all these festive seasons coming up there is no better time than now to choose to be present for the next 30 days.

It’s a new season and a new time in your life for gratitude. Take each day for the next 30 days with deep thought and consideration.

‘Till the next time,
